• 3/2024: Our Ph.D. student Bao Phan receives the 2024 Support for Graduate Students Award from the Office of the Vice President for Research, NAU.

• 2/2024: Our team at CEIAS, led by Andy Wang, receives a grant from the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) for developing a semiconductor metrology training and research program. I work as a Senior Personnel on the project. Thanks to ACA for the support!
